Make Happiness Your Daily Goal: Tips to Living a joyful life.

Do you ever feel like you're just going through the motions day after day? That you're not really living your life to the fullest? If so, you're not alone. A lot of people feel this way. The good news is that it's possible to change this. You can make happiness your daily goal, and start living a joyful life. In this blog post, we will discuss some tips on how to do just that!

Happiness comes in layers, the deeper we go the happier we can be. Today we will look at the topmost layer of happiness which is Lack Of Chaos.

The lack of chaos in our lives is the first layer of happiness. A life without chaos is a life that is planned and organized. Now you must be wondering what chaos or lack of got to do with happiness.

On a spiritual level, chaos is darkness. Lack of alignment or separation of the Light/source.

The truest moments of happiness are finding that link that connects us back to the Light.

When we can find moments of happiness in the chaos, it means that we have found our connection back to the Light. And when we are connected to the Light, we are connected to happiness. Our goal could be seeking that link every day especially upon rising.

Once we find the link, we can then build mini-blocks to keep us there for as long as possible. We may not succeed at first but incrementally, we can get there and if we find it hard to connect to that, we can use past experiences to tap into that or practise gratitude for what is.

And you will discover that this is the one true path to happiness: being connected with yourself and your source. You may be able to say "I have found my way back." Back to the truth/source/Light.

Happiness = Experiencing the Light.

Sadness = Not experiencing the Light/the lack of Light.

How To Build Mini Blocks:

  • Write down five things you are grateful for every day.

  • Exercise in the morning if you can to awaken your body and your mind.

  • Spend time outside in nature – it's grounding and connecting to nature.

  • Meditate for at least five minutes every day (connecting to your true self)

  • Journaling – writing down your thoughts and feelings can be really helpful in exploring what's going on inside of you. There is also a sense of connecting the out with the inner.

  • When we take the time to focus on happiness, it starts to become our dominant vibration. We start to see the world through a more positive lens, and we attract more positive things into our lives. This is how to make happiness our daily goal, and start living a joyful life!

In Closing:

Happiness can be a daily goal, and it’s up to us to make this happen. If you haven't felt true joy in a while- take some time for yourself with one or more of these activities. We can get started on making daily happiness our new reality!
